Job Title:
Coordinator
The Brainwonders Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations, managing communication with parents, schools, and internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of services, assessments, workshops, and programs. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
Coordination & Operations:
Coordinate scheduling and execution of Brainwonders assessments, workshops, and sessions. Act as a point of contact between parents, schools, trainers, and internal teams. Ensure smooth on-ground or online coordination during assessments and events. Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to students and programs
Communication & Follow-ups:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages professionally. Follow up with parents, schools, and leads regarding appointments, assessments, and reports. Share program details, schedules, and basic explanations of Brainwonders offerings. Address queries and escalate concerns when required
Administrative Support:
Maintain databases, attendance sheets, and assessment trackers. Support report distribution and coordination with counselors/trainers. Assist in preparing MIS reports and daily/weekly updates. Ensure compliance with internal processes and timelines
Coordination with Sales & Academic Teams:
Support lead management and coordination with the sales team. Assist in conversions by scheduling counseling sessions. Coordinate with psychologists/trainers for availability and session planning
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (Psychology / Education preferred)
1-3 years of experience in coordination, administration, or education-related roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal and follow-up skills
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Ability to multitask and work in a structured, process-driven environment
Customer-friendly and detail-oriented approach
Preferred Skills
Experience in education, counselling centres, or child development organisations
Basic understanding of assessments or training coordination
Experience handling parents, schools, or institutional clients
