Team & Vendor Coordination: Working with team members to ensure workflow, assigning tasks, coordinating schedules, and managing relationships with external vendors and professionals. Administrative Support: Providing administrative assistance, managing office supplies, maintaining organized filing systems, and responding to inquiries. Communication: Facilitating communication between teams, management, and clients; documenting meeting minutes and ensuring action items are followed up on.
