Job Description

The key responsibilities for:

Coordinator - Marketing & Sales:

  • To Research, analyses and monitor financial, technological and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity.
  • Develops and recommends distribution channel development programs
  • Design and implement direct marketing campaigns according to marketing strategy and Company budget
  • Responsibility for leading the Admissions and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless Student Customer Journey through setting relevant policy, procedures, quality standards, customer service standards, and ensuring their delivery to all prospective students, applicants, and their influencers
  • To develop, execute and regularly monitor marketing, retention and admissions plan for the school that directs each phase of the internal and external marketing processes and that this plan is built on the school's story
  • Giving strategic inputs in achieving the vision and marketing objectives for the school brands
  • Planning of Online media marketing, handle end to end event management, building brand through PR, fair bit of exposure to social marketing
  • To achieve sales operational objectives by contributing local/regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining local/regional sales system improvements; implementing change.
  • Create an action plan to achieve targets via proactively initiating lead generation activities
  • Highly knowledgeable about advertising and media functioning & capabilities to reach different media and channels to create a far-reaching campaign.
  • knowledge of print production too
  • Assist and advise the Board, School Director and Head of School (HoS) in matters of Marketing and sales requirements
  • Assist and advise the Board, School Director and Head of School to lead and manage change to allow the school to deal creatively and pragmatically with emerging challenges.
Be proactive in the establishment of networks both within Garodia Education and broader educational community

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or Masters in Business studies, Marketing, PR or relative field;
  • 4 + years of experience in handling Marketing & Sales in a school or company;
  • Current and complete understanding of Marketing & Sales processes and practices according to the school norms
  • Strong analytical skills and proven record of using data and research to support initiatives undertaken
  • Creative to work on tight budget without compromising on business & brand
  • High level of data, numeric and computer skills
