The Coordinator will be responsible for daily attendance management, coordination with field teams and documentation. The role requires close coordination with HR, recruitment, and operations teams to ensure smooth manpower management, training coordination, and compliance with internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
Collect and maintain daily attendance records from field and office staff.
Coordinate with the field team to ensure timely submission and accuracy of attendance data.
Prepare reports and obtain necessary approvals.
Support payroll processing by sharing verified attendance, leave, and manpower data.
Coordinate with the recruitment team for manpower requirements and updates..
Maintain training records and ensure timely reporting and follow-ups.
Prepare and share MIS reports related to attendance, manpower, recruitment, and training.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (HR / Management preferred)
Experience
1-3 years of experience in HR coordination, operations support, or manpower management.
