Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Branch Operations: Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to policies.

2. Team Management: Coordinate with branch staff, providing support and guidance as needed.

3. Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service is provided to clients.

4. Sales and Marketing: Implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve branch targets.

5. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports on branch performance, analyzing data to inform decisions.

6. Communication: Facilitate communication between branch staff, management, and other stakeholders.

Additional Responsibilities

1. Recruitment and Training: Assist with recruitment and training of branch staff.

2. Inventory Management: Manage inventory and supplies for the branch.

3. Branch Administration: Handle administrative tasks, such as paperwork and record-keeping.

4. Problem-Solving: Resolve issues and concerns that arise at the branch.
