Job Description


:

  • Filing corporate records, documents, and reports
  • Researching data to prepare documents for review and presentation
  • Helping prepare for meetings
  • Drafting the MOM
  • Making travel arrangements for the founder
  • Performing office duties
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Draft, and send communications on behalf of the founder
  • Prioritizing the emails and responding when necessary
  • Manage information flow in an accurate manner
  • Manage the founder\'s calendar and daily scheduling
  • Prepare legal agreements
Skills required:
  • Should be able to multitask
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
