Job Description

Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator will oversee and coordinate the activities of the Early Intervention Program. The EI program aims to provide support and services to children with developmental delays and disabilities, ensuring they receive timely intervention to enhance their growth and development. The coordinator will work closely with families, service providers, and community partners to ensure effective program delivery and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Coordination:
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets for the Early Intervention Program.
  • Coordinate with service providers, including therapists, educators, and healthcare professionals, to ensure timely and appropriate services for children.
  • Monitor and evaluate program activities to ensure compliance with organizational policies and funding requirements.
  • Ensure the Activities as per the plan and Gantt chart
  • Partnership and Collaboration:
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with local stakeholders, healthcare providers, and Government to enhance program reach and effectiveness.
  • Advocate for policies and practices that support early intervention services and children's rights.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Closely work with Project lead and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of program activities, participant progress, and outcomes.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to donors, stakeholders, and the organization's leadership team.
  • Assist in grant writing and fundraising efforts to support program sustainability and growth.
Accountability:
  • Report directly to the Project Lead regarding the progress, challenges, and developments within programs.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational goals, budget management, and operational protocols for the programs.
  • Ensure transparency, ethical conduct, and full compliance with the organization's standards and policies.
Required Qualifications:
  • Education:
  • Master's degree in social work
  • Minimum of 0-2 years of experience in program coordination or management, preferably in an early intervention or related setting.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Knowledge of early childhood development, intervention strategies, and relevant policies and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data management systems.
Working Conditions:
  • Office - Primarily works in the office, but it might involve field visits also
  • Work hours - 9 am to 6 pm
  • Travel expectations - It can involve travelling to community occasionally.
