Educatify, a growing online tutorial platform, is seeking applications from experienced

professionals for the role of Educatify Coordinator to manage and coordinate academic and

administrative operations.

? Remote (Work from Home) - initially

Full-time / Part-time (as applicable)

?? Key Responsibilities

? Coordinate effectively between students, tutors, and parents

? Manage class schedules, tutor allocations, and follow-ups

? Handle student enquiries, admissions, and onboarding

? Monitor class attendance, academic progress, and feedback

? Ensure smooth and timely execution of online classes

? Maintain accurate records of students, tutors, and schedules

? Send class reminders, updates, and notifications via WhatsApp and email

? Support tutors with academic and operational coordination

? Prepare reports and updates for management

? Maintain Educatify's professional standards and service quality

? Required Skills & Experience

? Prior experience is mandatory in coordination, administration, or education-related

roles

? Strong communication skills (English and local language preferred)

? Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

? Proficiency in online tools (Google Meet/Zoom, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, etc.)

? Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities efficiently

? Professional, proactive, and student-oriented approach
