Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Coordinate daily operational activities between branches, area managers, and head office. Prepare, maintain, and circulate

MIS reports, statements, and trackers

. Handle documentation related to

NCDs, FDs, loans, and compliance support

. Follow up with branches for targets, reports, and pending requirements. Assist management in

data compilation, reporting, and presentations

. Maintain records, files, and official correspondence. Support audit, compliance, and internal review processes as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Strong working knowledge of MS Office

(Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to prepare

accurate MIS and Excel reports

. Good communication and coordination skills. Basic understanding of

NBFC operations

is preferred. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Experience



1-3 years of experience in coordination / back-office / NBFC or financial services preferred.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
