Drive school-level admission processes, including student/parent counselling, lead follow-ups, and enrollment tracking
Ensure smooth day-to-day academic operations in line with SOPs
Maintain accurate records of students and faculty for attendance, performance, and schedules
Handle counselling sessions, admission-related queries, and follow-ups with students/parents
Act as the primary liaison between central team and school staff for effective communication and coordination
Ideal Profile:
Graduate/Postgraduate (preferred: Education, Business, or Communication)
Academic and Admissions background is a must
Strong interpersonal, planning, and coordination skills
Excellent communication skills, especially in English
Prior experience in school coordination, academic delivery, or EdTech is a plus
High ownership mindset; ability to deliver under deadlines
Willingness to work full-time from the school campus (Mon-Sat)
