Responsibilities:
Oversee the academic and operational functioning of Primary grades (1-5).
Ensure effective implementation of curriculum, lesson plans, and assessments.
Monitor teacher performance and provide guidance, training, and classroom observations.
Coordinate timetables, events, exams, and academic calendars.
Maintain student discipline, wellbeing, and parent communication.
Ensure adherence to school policies, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Collaborate with Principal and stakeholders for smooth school operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree with B.Ed.
Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience in Primary; coordination experience preferred.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to mentor teachers and manage academic processes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?45,000.00 per month
