Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

Managing the Pre-Primary section of the learning center
oTeaching and engaging the pre- primary kids at the center through effective implementation of the course curriculum.

oMonitoring and tracking the learning and development progress of the enrolled students and introducing innovative ways for their continuous improvement

oAnalyzing student performance data and providing feedback to parents for their improvement.

oMobilization of community to enroll students to pre-school.

oPromoting our pre-school in the village.

oAttending capacity building sessions

oConducting LUYM surveys and sessions

Requirement-

oShould have prior experience of teaching pre-primary level kids.

oPreference will be given to those who have Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education /Nursery Teacher Training or related field.

Remuneration: 12,000 - 15,000/month

Location: Jharkhand - Kanke, Khunti, Karra, Namkum
