About the Company
SILICA (a division of Edit Systems Pvt Ltd) is a leading institute providing guidance and coaching for design entrance exams like NID, IIT-CEED, NIFT, NATA / JEE (B.Arch) for admissions to design programs. Over the last 18+ years, 18,000+ SILICA students have got admission in top Design, Fashion, Architecture & Art colleges in India and Abroad. SILICA is headquartered in Mumbai but has 25 centers in Pune, Bangalore, Nagpur, Nashik, Aurangabad, Indore & Lucknow.
We are a 32 year old educational group with 2 other educational divisions running successfully across India.
An increasing number of SILICA students are opting to student design abroad. We are looking for a student focused, enthusiastic and ambitious "study abroad counselor" to guide our students and parents.
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Interact with Students, Parents & Faculties to deliver Academic Outcomes.
2. Monitor Academic Performance of students and helping them improve it.
3. Provide guidance and mentoring to students and parents.
4. Implement the academic process at the center.
5. Maintain Attendance, Class Test Marks & other records in ERP and Excel / Google Sheets.
6. Help in resolving the parental queries & concerns, if any.
7. Assist in the day-to-day administration of the center
8. Work in a team and help others whenever required.
Requisites (Core competencies/skills):
1. Good English Communication Skills.
2. Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
3. Good at working in a Team
4. Strong focus on Customer Service
5. Strong interest in providing guidance & education
