Key Roles and Responsibilities
Support daily
operational workflows
and assist in process execution.
Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Monitor task progress and update the Assistant Manager regularly.
Maintain operational trackers, documentation, and internal records.
Identify delays, gaps, or issues in processes and escalate accordingly.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Assist with data entry, analysis, and basic MIS reporting.
