About the Initiative
We are establishing a
Healthcare Education & Training vertical
under our healthcare group, focusing on
Hospital Administration and Paramedical training programs
. The institutes will leverage live hospital environments for practical training, internships, and placements.
We are looking for a
Coordinator
to support the setup, operations, academic coordination, and growth of these institutes.
Role Summary
The
Coordinator - Healthcare Education & Training Institutes
will be responsible for
day-to-day coordination of academic, operational, and administrative activities
, ensuring smooth functioning of courses, faculty, students, and hospital training programs.
This role reports to the
Head / Director - Healthcare Education
.
Key Responsibilities
Academic & Training Coordination
Coordinate scheduling of classes, faculty, and training sessions.
Support curriculum execution for Hospital Administration and paramedical programs.
Maintain student records, attendance, assessments, and certifications.
Coordinate practical postings and hospital-based training schedules.
Faculty & Hospital Coordination
Liaise with faculty, trainers, and guest lecturers.
Coordinate student postings with hospital departments and centre coordinators.
Ensure smooth communication between institute and hospital operations teams.
Admissions & Student Management
Support admissions enquiries, counselling, and student onboarding.
Maintain admission records, fee tracking, and batch details.
Address student queries, discipline, and coordination issues.
Operations & Documentation
Assist in institute setup activities and daily operations.
Maintain documentation for registrations, affiliations, and compliance.
Prepare reports on student strength, training status, and placements.
Support audits and internal reviews.
Marketing & Outreach Support
Support marketing activities such as seminars, awareness programs, and digital campaigns.
Coordinate with the marketing team for creatives and promotions.
Assist in organizing events, workshops, and certification programs.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Any Graduate (preferred).
1-3 years experience in healthcare administration, education coordination, or training institutes.
Freshers with strong coordination and communication skills may apply.
Key Skills
Strong organisational and coordination skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Excel, Google tools).
