Job Summary:
We are looking for a customer-centric executive who can efficiently manage client relationships, handle post-sales processes, and provide a smooth experience from booking to possession.

Key Responsibilities:



Be the main point of contact for clients after booking. Update and maintain CRM with client details and progress. Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Operations) for smooth delivery. Handle client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and follow up on payments and documents. Prepare reports and track customer satisfaction.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in CRM or Customer Service, in Real Estate. Familiar with

CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho)

and real estate processes. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
