Experience Required:
Minimum 1 year (Candidates with strong computer and communication skills may also apply)
Education:
Minimum 10th or 12th pass with good computer knowledge
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer communication via phone, email, and in person
Manage daily office operations and front-desk coordination
Schedule customer complaints and service visits
Maintain service records and internal documentation
Coordinate with technical/engineering teams
Respond to emails professionally and promptly
Work efficiently in a team environment and assist with office management
Required Skills:
Strong computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling, basic Excel)
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
Professional attitude and willingness to learn
Teamwork and time management abilities
