Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Schedule meetings, training sessions, and daily tasks
Maintain records, reports, and documentation
Follow up on tasks and ensure timely completion
Support managers and team leaders in daily operations
Handle emails, calls, and official communication
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team
Preferred Skills:
Experience in coordination, admin, or operations (preferred)
Knowledge of CRM or internal reporting tools
