Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Coordinator to support daily operations, communication, and scheduling across teams. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day activities and schedules
Act as a point of contact between internal teams and external partners
Maintain records, reports, and documentation
Assist in planning meetings, events, and follow-ups
Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables
Support management with administrative and coordination tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Ability to multitask and work independently
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Education & Experience
Graduate in any discipline
0-3 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
