We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Coordinator
to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations by managing purchase orders, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining timely follow-ups. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and the drive to ensure accuracy and efficiency in daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) with accuracy and attention to detail.
Coordinate and follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery and smooth execution of orders.
Maintain records of POs, vendor communications, and delivery timelines.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure requirements are captured and fulfilled effectively.
Monitor order status and resolve any issues or discrepancies proactively.
Support the team in day-to-day coordination tasks to maintain seamless workflow.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in coordination, procurement, or vendor management (freshers with strong skills may also apply).
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
