Agaram Foundation is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Donations Coordinator to oversee and support our donor engagement and fundraising activities. Based in our T. Nagar office, this role plays a key part in building lasting relationships with donors, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and helping drive our mission through impactful fundraising efforts.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Maintain and update the donor database accurately and regularly.
2. Communicate with donors professionally and promptly, ensuring their continued engagement and satisfaction.
3. Support the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns, donor meetings, and appreciation events.
4. Track, document, and report donations for internal use and donor communication.
5. Collaborate with finance and program teams to ensure transparent fund usage and impactful donor reporting.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Social Work, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in fundraising, donor management, or client relations (NGO experience preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Tamil fluency is an added advantage.
