We are looking for a smart and organized female professional to join our Dispatch & Supply Chain team as a Coordinator. The role involves managing dispatch schedules, coordinating with vendors, clients, and internal departments, and ensuring smooth flow of supply chain operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, multitasking, and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Dispatch Coordination:
Prepare and monitor daily dispatch schedules.
Coordinate with warehouse, transporters, and drivers for timely delivery.
Maintain dispatch records, challans, invoices, and transport documents.
Track shipments and update clients on delivery status.
Supply Chain Coordination:
Assist in procurement follow-ups with vendors and suppliers.
Coordinate with sales, purchase, and accounts teams for smooth operations.
Maintain inventory records and ensure timely stock reconciliation.
Support in vendor management and timely material availability.
Administrative Support:
Handle client calls, emails, and inquiries related to dispatch & supply chain.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
Maintain filing systems, records, and documentation for audits.
Requirements:
Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration / Supply Chain (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in dispatch/logistics/supply chain coordination.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP/Tally (preferred).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under deadlines.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and good at follow-ups.
