Job Title:

Coordinator cum Teacher - Grades 5 & 6

Samashti International School, Hyderabad Branch

Roles and Responsibilities:

As Grade Coordinator (Grades 5 & 6):

Oversee academic planning, curriculum delivery, and timetable management for Grades 5 & 6. Coordinate with subject teachers to ensure effective lesson execution and student engagement. Monitor student performance, discipline, and overall development. Conduct regular meetings with teachers, students, and parents to address academic progress and concerns. Organize and supervise events, co-curricular activities, and enrichment programs for the grades. Prepare reports and updates for school management on grade-level performance.

As Subject Teacher:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in the assigned subject as per CBSE curriculum guidelines. Develop lesson plans, assignments, and assessments to enhance student learning outcomes. Evaluate and track student progress through tests, projects, and activities. Implement innovative and interactive teaching methodologies to make learning effective and enjoyable. Support school events, workshops, and field trips related to academics and holistic development.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in a relevant subject with B.Ed. mandatory. Minimum

4-6 years of teaching experience in CBSE curriculum

, with

at least 2 years in a coordination or leadership role

preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to mentor teachers, manage academic operations, and integrate technology in teaching.
