Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and develop
corporate sponsorships and CSR partnerships
to meet fundraising targets.
Coordinate and manage
fundraising events
, including liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with
corporate donors and institutional partners
.
Prepare donor reports, communication materials, and partnership updates.
Maintain accurate records of partnerships, data, and fundraising activities.
Provide regular updates and strategic inputs to the management team.
Represent the organization in corporate meetings, CSR events, and networking forums.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal & written).
Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Desired Skills:
Prior experience in
fundraising, corporate relations, CSR partnerships, or event management
.
Understanding of the non-profit or development sector.
Creativity in developing donor engagement strategies.
Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in
Business Administration, Marketing, Social Work, or related field
.
0-5 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong communication and interest in CSR/fundraising are encouraged to apply).
