We are looking for a dynamic and proactive professional to support the CEO in
strategic coordination, meeting documentation, and company-wide engagement initiatives

This role bridges leadership support and people engagement, ensuring smooth communication and a vibrant organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities
CEO Support
Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Attend meetings, capture accurate
Minutes of Meeting (MOM)
, and track action items.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and communication material for leadership discussions.
Employee Engagement
Support HR and Marketing teams in
planning and executing engagement activities, events, and celebrations
across corporate and warehouse locations.
Facilitate
employee onboarding and exit plans
, ensuring smooth cultural integration and feedback collection.
Gather employee insights and suggest actionable engagement improvements.
Collaborate on
marketing and event initiatives
targeting both internal and external audiences to enhance company culture and visibility.
Skills Required
Excellent
written and verbal communication
in English.
Strong
minute-taking, documentation, and reporting
abilities.
Proven experience in
event coordination
and
employee engagement planning
.
Proficiency in
MS Office
and
Google Workspace
tools.
Background in the
HR domain
with prior experience as an
Employee Engagement Manager
or similar role.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
