Position: Sales Trainee
Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Coordinator to manage farmer communication, WhatsApp groups, dealer support, and daily field coordination. The role involves supporting the sales and agri teams, assisting in field visits, sharing product updates, and ensuring smooth operations on the ground.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with farmers, dealers, and field staff
Share product updates, promotions, and announcements
Support sales team with reports, follow-ups, and WhatsApp updates
Assist in field visits, product demos, and farmer meetings
Maintain accurate records of communications and field activities
Who Can Apply:
Candidates with basic agriculture knowledge
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with WhatsApp reporting and digital updates
0-1 year experience (Freshers welcome!)
Ready to work in field environments and travel locally
