Coordinator (5 Years Experience)

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Coordinator with a minimum of five years of professional experience to support day-to-day operations, streamline workflow, and ensure smooth communication across teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative & Operational Support



Manage daily operational tasks, schedules, and documentation. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain accurate records. Handle correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.

2. Communication & Collaboration



Serve as a central point of contact between internal teams, clients, and stakeholders. Maintain clear and timely communication to ensure project alignment. Facilitate information flow to support efficient decision-making.

3. Project Coordination



Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring project activities. Track project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation. Prepare status reports and follow up on pending tasks.

4. Data Management & Reporting



Maintain organized and up-to-date databases, records, and files. Analyze data and generate weekly/monthly reports. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all information handled.

5. Process Improvement



Identify operational gaps and propose process enhancements. Support the implementation of new systems, tools, and workflows. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role. Strong proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
