We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Project Manager

In this role, you will:

  • This role is responsible for providing support to the Service line with overall business portfolio management team, across all areas of responsibility within Technology and working with key senior stakeholders.
  • Leads the continuing development, implementation and improvement of governance processes and framework within service line to support compliance to Group and IT Policies and Standards and Maintains oversight of all Governed forums within the Function ensuring appropriate governance is implemented along with robust documentation and supporting management controls.
  • Acts as Secretariat for the Service line Leadership Committee, driving the agenda items and documenting key decisions and actions. Oversee and coordinate delivery of actions, also Engages subject matter experts across functions, levels, and geographies to appropriately and accurately message content of reports and presentations and prepare committee papers and materials. Lead the preparation of materials directly where required and engage with Office of the Head of Service line (Managing Director), to ensure that appropriate approvals and signoff is in place where necessary.
  • Lead to drive the People Engagements across India location on behalf of the service line. Work with respective initiative leads to help drive consistency and impact. Support to drive the Employee Surveys and help identify any issues and work with the leadership team to put an action plan and drive execution.
  • Acts as the primary interface for the Service line portfolio.
  • Contribute to the Monthly forums with required data and details. Point person to explain any IT variances to target and remediation actions if required.
  • Develops and executes a communications strategy, both internal and external to promote the Function, ensure alignment to Technology Communications objectives.
  • Leads, oversees, and coordinates any external presentations or engagements of the Leadership in conjunction with the relevant Communications and Events teams (e.g., supplier presentations, Technology awards, Industry events and conferences)
  • Identifies internal and external opportunities to promote the Function, Executive Committee members and Leaders, and develop and deliver a plan to maximize positive exposure.
  • Cover and be on top of communication agenda with regional business stakeholders, global Tech ExCo members. Liaise with regional or site leads to ensure engagement successfully delivers the agreed objectives. Monitor agreed actions and outcomes liaising with senior management to ensure timely delivery.
  • Support the Leadership to deliver global or function-wide events and engagement activities where required (e.g., Global Town halls, regional exchange sessions etc.) and drives the branding, communications, and engagement agenda.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
  • Experience in driving broad range of outputs simultaneously for large business unit.
  • Proven ability to articulate complex issues concisely and in simple language to support problem analysis and in recognition of the global remit of this role.
  • Outstanding relationship management, collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and confidently at all levels across the Group.
  • Proven experience of positive, challenging interactions with Senior Executives across the business units.
  • Strong project management and PMO background with a proven ability to deliver end to end communications, events and branding projects.
  • Practical experience of major business transformation activities.
  • Strong financial analytical background and proven ability in financial/analytical reasoning, including being able to contextualize financial data into business activities and conclusions.
  • Experience in operating across all levels of management to drive implementation and execution of significant and strategically important projects on behalf of the Leadership.
