Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive

Cooler Audit Manager

to lead and manage our Feet on Street team responsible for conducting cooler audits across various locations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, on-field audit experience, and the ability to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and guide the on-field team conducting cooler audits. Assign daily routes, audit tasks, and monitor FOS team performance. Ensure accurate data collection, cooler condition checks, and asset verification. Conduct random spot audits for quality and compliance checks. Train and mentor field executives to improve audit standards. Coordinate with operations, supply chain, and brand teams for audit updates. Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly audit reports. Ensure timely closure of escalations and pending audit findings. Maintain team productivity, attendance, route discipline, and KPI achievement. Manage end-to-end audit operations for coolers across assigned regions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-6 years of experience in FMCG / Retail / Asset Verification / Field Audits. Proven experience in managing Feet on Street (FOS) teams. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Good understanding of cooler audits, asset deployment, and retail store verification. Ability to travel extensively for field operations. Strong problem-solving skills with an execution-oriented mindset. Proficiency in Excel, reporting, and audit documentation.
