Cook / Kitchen Hand
to support our kitchen operations and maintain the high standards our guests expect.
Responsibilities
Assist in food preparation, cooking, and plating according to recipes and quality standards
Wash, chop, and prepare ingredients for chefs
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and storage areas
Follow hygiene and food safety standards (FSSAI guidelines)
Support chefs during busy service periods and help with dishwashing as required
Receive and store deliveries, checking quality and freshness of ingredients
Assist with stock rotation and basic inventory tasks
Qualifications
Previous experience in a professional kitchen preferred, but freshers welcome
Basic knowledge of food handling and hygiene practices
Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary: ₹10,000 - ?15,000 per month (depending on experience)
