Essential skills include mastering traditional cooking methods like tempering, steaming, and grinding, along with strong time management and communication abilities. Culinary training, whether through a formal degree or certification, and practical experience in professional kitchens are also beneficial.
Being able to adapt to different situations, troubleshoot problems, and maintain composure under pressure is beneficial.
