Prepare and cook authentic South Indian dishes as per menu and Employee preferences. Maintain kitchen hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times. Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients. Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to meet service timelines. Maintain inventory and inform management about ingredient needs. Proven experience as a Cook, with a focus on South Indian cuisine. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
