We are seeking a reliable and skilled Cook to manage our company's kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality, hygienic meals for our staff, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and ensuring the smooth running of all food-related services. This is a full-time, live-in position where food and accommodation are provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook daily meals - breakfast, lunch, and dinner - for company staff.
Skillfully prepare both Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian dishes.
Manage all aspects of the kitchen, including inventory of groceries and supplies.
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen and storage areas at all times.
Ensure all food is prepared, cooked, and served in a timely manner.
Wash utensils, dishes, and kitchen equipment after use.
Follow all company policies and health code regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Male candidate, preferably between 25-30 years of age.
Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role.
Ability to handle kitchen tasks swiftly and efficiently.
Strong knowledge of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian cooking.
Understanding of proper food handling, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen equipment.
