Proven experience for more than 5 years in food service management/cooking.
Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to train, lead and motivate a team effectively.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
Comfortable with Bengali and basic Chinese/continental dishes.

Lead and support daily cooking operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation aligned with standardized menus and recipes.
Train and mentor food entrepreneurs and kitchen staff in bulk cooking techniques, taste consistency, presentation, and time management.
Provide on-site support during food preparation, especially in the initial setup stages.
Demonstrate cooking techniques for Bengali and basic Chinese/continental cuisines,

Kitchen & Outlet Operations

Mobile Food Truck Operations
Support food preparation and packaging in mobile kitchen units.

Training & Community Engagement
Conduct training for women entrepreneurs on
cooking techniques

Help newly formed kitchen groups or enterprises set up functional and hygienic cooking spaces.
