Qualifications:



Ability to read, write, and speak Bengali. Proven experience for more than 5 years in food service management/cooking. Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to train, lead and motivate a team effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure Comfortable with Bengali and basic Chinese/continental dishes.

About the Role



Cooking & Culinary Excellence (Core Responsibility)



Lead and support daily cooking operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation aligned with standardized menus and recipes. Train and mentor food entrepreneurs and kitchen staff in bulk cooking techniques, taste consistency, presentation, and time management. Provide on-site support during food preparation, especially in the initial setup stages. Demonstrate cooking techniques for Bengali and basic Chinese/continental cuisines, Promote best practices in food preparation, storage, portion control, and plating. Ensure menu standardization, taste trials, and adaptation based on customer preferences Conduct regular taste checks and implement improvements based on feedback.

Kitchen & Outlet Operations



Supervise overall kitchen workflow including preparation, hygiene, equipment handling, and cooking timelines. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards Monitor inventory for ingredients and supplies critical to food production; ensure timely procurement of perishable and dry ingredients.

Mobile Food Truck Operations



Support food preparation and packaging in mobile kitchen units. Ensure trucks are cooking-ready: clean, functional, and well-stocked.

Training & Community Engagement



Conduct training for women entrepreneurs on

cooking techniques

, menu planning, and kitchen safety Help newly formed kitchen groups or enterprises set up functional and hygienic cooking spaces. Encourage innovation in menu offerings using local and seasonal ingredients.

Operational Support



Support basic operations like inventory tracking and customer order coordination.

Provide inputs for pricing based on portion size and ingredient cost.

Address food-related customer complaints with professionalism and attention to detail.
