Role Overview:
We are looking for cooks capable of preparing bulk food efficiently for 500-1000 people while maintaining quality, hygiene, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook large-quantity meals for 500-1000 servings.
Assist in menu preparation and daily kitchen planning.
Maintain taste, quality, and portion consistency.
Follow hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times.
Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth workflow and timely meal delivery.
Manage raw material usage and reduce wastage.
Requirements:
Basic cooking knowledge; experience in bulk or commercial cooking preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and manage high-volume food operations.
Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety.
