We are looking for a Chef to join our team and prepare delicious meals for our customers.

Chef responsibilities include studying recipes, setting up menus and preparing high-quality dishes. You should be able to delegate tasks to kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner. Also, you should be familiar with sanitation regulations. If you have experience with advanced cooking techniques and non-traditional ingredients, we'd like to meet you.

Ultimately, you'll prepare and deliver a complete menu that delights our guests.

Responsibilities

Set up the kitchen with cooking utensils and equipment, like knives, pans and kitchen scales

Maintaining Cleanliness

Chopping Vegetables

Study each recipe and gather all necessary ingredients

Cook food in a timely manner

Delegate tasks to kitchen staff

Inform wait staff about daily specials

Ensure appealing plate presentation

Slightly modify recipes to meet customers' needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove dairy)

Monitor food stock and place orders

Check freshness of food and discard out-of-date items

Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area

Requirements and skills

Proven work experience as a Chef or Cook

Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grillers)

Leadership skills

Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks

Excellent time management abilities

Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes

Familiarity with sanitation regulations

Culinary school diploma preferred

We are looking for a housekeeping boy to join our team. A hotel housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and public areas by performing tasks like making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, dusting, replenishing supplies, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring all areas adhere to the hotel's hygiene standards, all while following safety protocols and responding promptly to guest requests.

Key responsibilities may include:

Room Cleaning:

Making beds, changing linens, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming floors, dusting furniture, emptying trash cans, replenishing toiletries and towels.

Public Area Cleaning:

Cleaning common areas like hallways, lobbies, elevators, and stairwells.

Supply Management:

Restocking guest rooms with fresh towels, toiletries, and other amenities.

Maintenance Reporting:

Identifying and reporting any maintenance issues or damages in guest rooms and public areas to the appropriate department.

Guest Requests:

Responding promptly to guest requests for additional supplies or services.

Laundry Duties:

Collecting, sorting, and delivering clean linens and towels to guest rooms.

Cleaning Equipment Maintenance:

Ensuring cleaning tools and supplies are properly maintained and stored.

Quality Control:

Adhering to established cleaning standards and performing regular inspections to maintain cleanliness throughout the hotel.

Safety Compliance:

Following all safety procedures and reporting any potential hazards.

Required skills:

Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness

Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks

Ability to work independently and efficiently within a set schedule

Excellent time management skills

Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
