Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items as per standardized recipes and quality guidelines
Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of food orders for delivery platforms
Maintain food quality, taste consistency, and presentation
Follow hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in the kitchen
Manage raw material usage and minimize food wastage
Coordinate with the operations and marketing team for new menu launches and promotions
Assist in menu planning and food trials for business development
Monitor inventory and inform the team for timely replenishment
Ensure compliance with FSSAI and food safety norms
