Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a wide range of snacks (e.g., samosas, pakoras, cutlets, chaat items, etc.)
Make traditional Indian sweets (e.g., laddus, barfis, jalebi, rasgulla, etc.)
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
Follow recipes or develop new variations based on customer demand
Manage raw material inventory and inform for re-stocking
Ensure timely preparation and quality control for all items
Maintain kitchen equipment and report any issues
Requirements:
Proven experience as a cook in a sweet/snack shop or catering kitchen
Knowledge of ingredients, cooking methods, and hygiene standards
Ability to work efficiently and maintain consistency in taste and quality
Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently or with a team
Basic literacy (reading labels/instructions); culinary training is a plus
