Cooking Duties:



Breakfast

: Prepare 1-2 simple breakfast items daily for guests -south indian

Lunch

: Cook basic lunch

mainly for staff

; occasionally for guests.

Dinner

: Prepare one main item like

BBQ rice with grilled meat/veg

or similar limited menu. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen at all times. Manage inventory of basic kitchen supplies and groceries.

Resort Supervision Duties:



Report to resort owner and help manage day-to-day operations smoothly.

Requirements:



Basic cooking skills in South Indian and/or BBQ dishes. Willingness to manage kitchen as well as oversee resort functioning. Responsible, clean, and guest-friendly behavior. Trustworthy and able to work with minimal supervision.
