Super Anna's Cafe is a vibrant, fast-growing South Indian cafe brand known for authentic flavors, warm hospitality, and high-quality service. We're expanding across multiple outlets and looking for passionate, skilled cooks who can bring the true taste of South India to every plate.

Key Responsibilities

1.Prepare and cook South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, poha, upma, and other breakfast/snack varieties.2.Ensure consistency in taste, portion, and presentation across all items.3.Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards as per FSSAI guidelines.4.Manage raw materials efficiently and minimize wastage.5.Assist in daily inventory checks and coordinate with the kitchen manager for supplies.6.Handle kitchen equipment safely and responsibly (tawa, fryer, grinder, burners, etc.).7.Support team members during peak hours and contribute to a positive work environment.8.Follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for recipes and quality control.

Required Skills & Experience

1.Minimum 2-5 years of experience in South Indian cuisine (hotel, cafe, or catering background preferred).2.Strong knowledge of dosa, idli, chutneys, sambar, and filter coffee preparation.3.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.4.Team player with good communication and hygiene practices.5.Basic understanding of kitchen safety, fire safety, and food handling.?

Education Qualification

1.SSC / HSC / Diploma in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts (preferred but not mandatory).

Salary & Benefits
