Key Responsibilities

:

Food Preparation

: Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and menu plans. Ensure high-quality food presentation and taste.

Kitchen Management

: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen. Organize and manage inventory of kitchen supplies and ingredients. Ensure timely preparation and service of meals.

Health & Safety Compliance

: Adhere to food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices. Ensure proper storage of food items to prevent spoilage.

Menu Planning (if required)

: Assist in planning and updating menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. Provide suggestions for improving menu options.

Team Collaboration

: Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations. Train junior kitchen staff (if applicable). Contact No: 7387511183 / 7387511185.
