Job Summary
: We're looking for a talented Cook/Chef for food preparation and kitchen management. You'll work closely with our Kitchen Helper to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation
: Prepare quality dishes, ensuring presentation, taste, and consistency meet hotel standards.
Kitchen Management
: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
Inventory Management
: Order supplies, manage inventory, and minimize waste.
Team Collaboration
: Work with the Kitchen Helper to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Guest Interaction
: Engage with guests, take feedback, and make adjustments to improve their dining experience.
Requirements
:
2+ years of experience as a Cook/Chef in a hotel or restaurant.
Culinary degree or certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of local cuisine and ingredients.
Excellent cooking, presentation, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
