Responsibilities



? Assist Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
? Prepare and oversee signature dishes - Mandi, Parotta, Alfaham, Shawaya
? Supervise and train kitchen staff for consistency & efficiency
? Maintain hygiene, stock control, and food safety standards
? Support menu development and quality improvements

Requirements



Previous experience as Sous Chef / Senior Line Cook Specialization in Arabic & South Indian cuisine Strong skills in grilling, roasting, steaming, and dough preparation Ability to handle bulk cooking with precision Team leadership and kitchen management skills
