Requirements
Previous experience as Sous Chef / Senior Line Cook
Specialization in Arabic & South Indian cuisine
Strong skills in grilling, roasting, steaming, and dough preparation
Ability to handle bulk cooking with precision
Team leadership and kitchen management skills
