KK Farms & Resorts is looking for an experienced and passionate
Chef
who can independently handle the
entire resort kitchen operations
. The ideal candidate should be skilled in
Indian, Chinese, and Breakfast cuisines
, with the ability to manage kitchen staff, maintain quality standards, and ensure smooth meal service for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and prepare multi-cuisine meals (Indian, Chinese, and Breakfast).
Maintain taste, presentation, and hygiene standards.
Manage kitchen inventory, raw material purchase lists, and stock rotation.
Supervise and train kitchen helpers or cooks.
Coordinate with resort management for menu planning for day picnics, events, and stays.
Ensure cleanliness and food safety compliance at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
as a chef in a resort, restaurant, or hotel setup.
Strong knowledge of
Indian and Chinese cuisines
and ability to create appealing breakfast options.
Leadership skills to manage the kitchen team independently.
Flexibility to work during weekends and special events.
Passion for cooking and maintaining consistency in taste and quality.
