Manage
kitchen inventory, sourcing, and vendor coordination
Train and supervise
kitchen support staff
Work with the community team to incorporate resident feedback and host occasional
themed food nights or special meals
Collaborate with the cloud kitchen team (e.g., for fried chicken or snacks) where applicable
Keep the kitchen running
efficiently and cost-effectively
Maintain
weekly reports on food quality, consumption, and waste
Who You Are
2+ years of experience as a
chef or head cook
in a hostel, cloud kitchen, cafe, or hospitality environment
Strong understanding of
nutrition, portion control, and cost-efficient cooking
Familiarity with
global cuisines
and the ability to make simple, tasty, and hygienic meals
Organized, calm under pressure, and excellent at time management
Values cleanliness, discipline, and teamwork
Experience in running a
cloud kitchen or multi-meal setup
is a plus
Fluent in Hindi (English is a bonus)
