About Us:

Caffe Sicily is a cozy Italian-inspired cafe in Anjuna known for authentic wood-fired pizzas, handmade desserts, and a relaxed coastal vibe. We're expanding our kitchen team and looking for a passionate cook or chef who loves great food and brings creativity and consistency to every plate.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items (pizzas, pastas, appetizers, salads, and specials) to Caffe Sicily's standards Maintain kitchen hygiene, ingredient freshness, and food safety standards Assist in daily mise-en-place and stock rotation Contribute ideas for new dishes and seasonal specials Work efficiently under rush hours with a positive attitude Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:

Basic knowledge of Italian or continental cuisine preferred Ability to work neatly, quickly, and as part of a team Punctual, responsible, and passionate about cooking Open to learning and improving daily
