Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Food Preparation:

Measure, mix, chop, and assemble ingredients; cook using various methods like grilling, frying, baking, or steaming.

Recipe Adherence:

Follow established recipes and standards for consistent quality and portion control.

Food Safety:

Comply with sanitation, hygiene, and proper food handling/storage guidelines (e.g., HACCP).

Workstation Management:

Organize, clean, and sanitize prep areas, utensils, and equipment before, during, and after shifts.

Inventory & Stock:

Monitor supplies, rotate stock, restock stations, and report needs to supervisors.
