We are looking for an experienced and passionate Multicuisine Chef to join our culinary team and contribute to delivering an exceptional dining experience for our patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present high-quality dishes across multiple cuisines, including:
Continental
Indian (South and North)
Chinese
Thai
Italian
Develop, refine, and execute recipes to ensure consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation.
Collaborate with the culinary team to design innovative menu offerings and seasonal specials.
Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.
Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring the availability of fresh, quality ingredients.
Train and mentor kitchen staff to uphold culinary standards and efficiency.
Stay updated on food trends, techniques, and dietary preferences to enhance menu diversity.
Manage food costs and minimize wastage through effective planning and preparation.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a chef with expertise in at least three or more of the listed cuisines.
Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations.
Creative mindset with a passion for culinary innovation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
