We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook with 8-10 years of hands-on kitchen experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting smooth daily kitchen operations while ensuring food safety and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and portion control
Manage daily food preparation and cooking schedules
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all times
Monitor food inventory and assist with stock control and waste reduction
Train and guide junior kitchen staff when required
Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure timely service
Handle special dietary requirements and customized orders
Ensure proper storage of food items and ingredients
Skills & Qualifications
8-10 years of proven experience as a Cook in a professional kitchen
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, cuisines, and food presentation
Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong time-management and multitasking skills
Team-oriented with good communication skills
Physical stamina to stand for long hours and work under pressure
