What You'll Be Doing:
Cooking fresh, home-style meals using seasonal, organic ingredients
Planning menus that change with the land and weather
Experimenting with recipes rooted in tradition, not trends
Maintaining hygiene, inventory, and kitchen order
Coordinating with a small team and training helpers when needed
Occasionally interacting with guests and sharing the story behind the food
Who This Role Is For:
Someone who genuinely loves
simple, honest cooking
Minimum
1 year experience
in a homestay, retreat, or professional kitchen (preferred)
Clean, organized, and reliable (talent without discipline doesn't last)
Curious about local ingredients and sustainable food practices
Willing to commit and grow with us for
at least 2 years
